Business conceptsAs a Prince 2 qualified project manager David will liaise with your management team and consult with heads of training and competence to ensure projects meet your business needs, compliance issues etc and timescales. Good people skills that allow him the ability to work with cross-functional teams and personnel at varying levels across customer organisations

Will help to appoint and manage teams to deliver the clients project requirements.  Attend project meetings, chair meetings when required, take minutes and manage actions from those meetings.

Prepare and manage project costs and budget and prepare and manage project programmes.

David is a self-motivated individual and an initiative taker, not afraid of influencing and a desire to improve. Can confidently and concisely convey technical and non-technical information to a diverse audience.

Has the ability to multi-task and prioritise conflicting demands; has excellent planning and organising skills and the ability to work independently and with limited supervision and is equally as comfortable being part of a team. Main aim is to pursue goals and complete the tasks at hand in a timely manner with critical thinking and problem-solving skills to help him overcome challenges within the timescales.

David is also competent to design and implement training, monitoring, reviews and feedback. Agree action planning with management teams and conduct train the trainer for projects.
