David is experienced and competent to design the course outlines based on your training curriculum. Support the design of the existing training templates or create new ones. Deliver quality technical/procedural training and learning solutions to meet the stated objectives of each course and align these to your business goals and needs.
Engage fully with the relevant stakeholders and design team in order to maximise delivery capability across your business needs and achieve sign off in a timely manner.
Provide support and expertise to the design & development of new programs where required. Ensure that all training material are effectively and efficiently evaluated using the appropriate documentation/systems.
David is also experienced in participating in training team and programme team meetings and leading Train the Trainer meetings.
