David is experienced in the training delivery to management and supervisors on coaching and feedback sessions via cascade of knowledge and demonstration in a role play situation. David will cascade his knowledge and understanding of the various models used for coaching and feedback and assist your management team to understand the difference between the two.

We can explore the various management and leadership models and how these can apply to different individuals / teams circumstances to achieve the task in hand.  Look at capability and competence models to help obtain better commitment from team members when developing people in their roles.

Observe and provide feedback to managers and supervisors in delivering a coaching and feedback session role play using the relevant observation aids and ensuring using the models demonstrated previously are covered.  Observe learning transfers in the field and feedback to the individuals and business. Agree action planning principles to help further develop learning skills transfer.
